Drug Charges I Handle

Possession: This is the simplest drug charge to defend, even more so than DWI. In drug charges, there is no breath or blood test that can definitely establish intoxication at the time of arrest. The district attorney (DA) needs evidence of actual possession.

Possession With Intent: Once possession is established, the DA can charge you with possession with intent to deliver. This charge does not require any separate physical evidence to establish actual intent to distribute; as long as the drug found is of sufficient weight, intent to distribute can be implied.
